CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

A NON_REFUNDABLE deposit deductable from the final package cost and a signed agreement is required to secure and guarantee your choice of date with sixoone media. Full fixed costs, based on your choice of package, are payable at least 30 days prior to the event date. Should this not be received within said time scale this may result in cancellation / postponement of sixoone media's services. Any final balance as a result of a change of packages or additional services must be settled prior to your event taking place.
Payment can be completed by credit/debit card, pay-pal or via cheque.

EXPENSES
Where extra expenses or time are incurred by the photographer/ videographer as a result of alterations to the Package by the Client, or otherwise at their request, the Client shall give approval to and be liable to pay such extra expenses or fees to the photographer/ videographer in addition to the expenses shown as having been agreed or estimated.

REJECTION
Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, there is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the event has to be cancelled, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to notify and ensure that sixoone media has received the instruction in writing. The appropriate cancellation fees will apply as follows.

Initial deposit is non-refundable.
3-6 months notice of cancellation. 25% of remaining final pacakage cost.
3 months notice of cancellation. 50% of remaining final wedding package cost.
Less than 1 months notice of cancellation. 100% of final package cost.

sixoone media may have to make changes for reason of Force Majeure, meaning
unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control, the consequence of which neither our suppliers nor we could avoid. Example: industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control. Under these circumstances, sixoone media will endeavor to reschedule or source an alternative photographer or replacement.

CREATIVE LICENSE
sixoone media shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used for the film ing/ photography. sixoone media's judgment on photographic/ videography style, shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. sixoone media will do their best to honor
requested poses but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific back ground, location or group arrangement.

USAGE
sixoone media may use a selection of your event images/ video for display within the studio, website or in other material produced by sixoone media. sixoone media may use a selection of your event images within published and internet publications to promote sixoone media's services. Credit is given when this done.

COPYRIGHT
The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to sixoone media. Copies of the photos/footage and or high resolution digital files are licensed to the Client for personal usage and reproduction and should not be used for commercial gain or publication without the prior written agreement of sixoone media.

EXCLUSIVITY
sixoone media shall be the sole professional photographer/ videographer at the venues specified taking photographs/ video in a professional capacity, unless agreed by prior arrangement. We are happy to work with other professionals with prior arrangement. We positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the event.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
sixoone media reserve the right to cancel or place on hold photographic/ video coverage of an event where a safe working environment can not be guaranteed for sixoone media employees or their clients. sixoone media's judgement on a safe working environment shall be deemed correct.

By signing the Service agreement, we the undersigned all portions of this agreement and accept its content and specifications as outlined by sixoone media.

INTERNET GALLERY AND ALBUM DESIGNS
Private Internet Galleries are placed online for a period of 3 months, extensions to this period can be made at an additional cost of £20 per month.

CURRENT PACKAGES
Package prices are fixed at time of Booking. Prices for additional products which do not form the pre-agreed package are subject to increase due to market availability and inflation.

Two copies of this contract will be sent to you to be signed, one copy to be returned to sixoone media and the other for your records.

These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing.
